Love the convenience and money savings with the flat rate, monthly, unlimited wash deal. I go there often.
Good prices for the convenient location for us. Monthly wash deals are decent. Unfortunately access to website "sign up", specifically account access is very difficult. Your account is registered at time of purchase at the locale, then you must set up password back at the payment kiosk not online. I have yet to find the "password page" at the kiosk, and not hold up other customers. Very frustrating; and still trying.! Staff are courteous and helpful but do not know how to enter password.
I always liked this car wash and spoke very highly of them. Until my 2015 Toyota Camry was pounded by sandflys this summer and I took it to the wash. The prewash guy took his time and did a great job. So much so I tipped him $3 when he came up front to help dry and thanked him for being so thorough. He said "I have to be careful or it could take off the paint". I got home and noticed the paint was missing every place a sandfly was on my hood and roof edge. I filled out a complaint which prompted a phone call from the manager stating it was impossible - their pressure is not set that high. I couldn't win that conversation, but it is possible and it did happen. I am going to pick my car up at Tom's collision today $850.00 damage (which is a good deal compared to $1300.00 quote from Northtown Toyota). I'll stick with the You-do for now on.
