put in a request for $3500 they said i was approved at that point said to call for an appointment a man named Jim Guercio called me back played phone tag a little cause i do work finally he called again . web site said approved and call for interview he starts asking all my personal information over the phone i said im at work can i get a call back he therefore got nasty and said well he is busy and cant promise i said well i dont want to discuss this at work. Can i have someone else call me he said no and therefore blew me off said there busy and he may or may not be able to i said is there some who can or can we set up a time.. This man is a joke who wants to deal with personal information but yet you can be cordial over the phone.. I dont do business with jerks already see were this is going glad i looked at reviews.
I went in this place yesterday, Wednesday, October 18, 2017 and I met/spoke with a Mike Rinaldo about getting a loan for moving purposes. This was a recommendation to me on my credit karma account to get this loan and it said on credit karma approval odds very good, so I went in and applied. I had a bank statement as proof of income, and I have perfect 100% payment history all my bills/credit cards are always paid on time, plus I don't have any derogatory marks on my credit report and I have a clean record. I have been struggling for about a year now and I needed this money to help me move and give me a boost because I have nothing right now. Then today I called this loan place back and they were useless. They said my loan was denied and I asked if they could do a smaller amount and they said no they can't do such a thing. Corporations are seriously assholes to the underdogs and people who are truly struggling and need help.
Very incompetent staff. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
