My mom went in to fix a dye job she did on herself. The woman was SO rude. First she just stares at my mom after she asked if she could do anything, totally unhelpful, and then after she said she could do something, she said my moms haircut was horrible! We walked out and left it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I understand that it's only Fantastic Sams and you shouldn't expect much, but I have been in customer service for 10 years and I could never imagine saying that to a customer
