The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always remember your pets and have plenty of cookies & kisses.
I just stopped in for the first time today and its hands-down the coolest store around! The staff was super nice! Even held the door for me when I left!! And they have items I've never seen in other stores- treats, toys, ID tags!!! Very cool pet store!
They have a wide selection of small animal supplies. The Kaytee aspen is a good cheap price.The staff was amazing they let me hold a bunny even though I was not looking for one. I like going here rather than petco or petsmart
My favorite pet store in the area. The owner just rearranged the store and you can tell how much she cares about the animals. They're the only store that lets their Savannah Monitor roam around, as well as all the adoptable cats. They have great, very competitive prices. The service is amazing and I highly recommend all pet owners shop here instead of the big chains. They have very nicely designed enclosures for their reptiles and really want the animals to go to good homes.
Amazing pet store. Very knowledgeable, and they partner with the Niagara County SPCA to find adoptable cats their forever homes. Best cat litter around, and amazing service.
