I was looking for a veterinarian where I could just walk in without an appointment, where they would be kind and help me quickly, and would do as I requested. And I found exactly that and more with Northtowns Veterinary Emergency Services. The facility looks very modern and was spotless.

Do NOT take your pet here for emergency service unless you are made of gold. We had to put our 20 year old cat down and then we were gouged for $550! We can't even greive the loss of our family member for two minutes before our grief is replaced by rage.

Went here today to have Katie treated for 2 lacerations from another dog biting her. Everyone here (the Vet, the Techs, and office people were outstanding!! A real outstanding group who take pride in their work!

Unexpectedly I had to make the sad decision to put my cat down on a Saturday when my Normal vet was closed. I showed up with out an appointment. It was quite busy but they saw what we were there for and fit us in front of the others so we wouldn't wait hours while our baby was suffering. It was the toughest decision we have ever had to make. They were friendly

And compassionate. We came in as an emergency so the price was extreme, but he couldn't wait. They put a heart over the line they used to admister the drugs, offered to give us some fur to take home, and made a clay paw print for us to remember him by. Everyone was very nice and tried to make this easier for us.

They picked up my phone call within two rings and answered some questions I had about my ill cat. When I arrived, I was greeted pleasantly right away and the options explained to me. The price was very reasonable for immediate walk in no appointment service and I was actually charged a bit less than quoted over the phone. Thank you.

This place is all about the money. They charged me $500, which was the bare minimum for them, to shove a catheter up my cat. After he had gotten a hold of it, they said they would put it back in for free over the phone, but when I got there they took it out prematurely after I refused to pay a $95 fee... but they said it would cost me nothing. They also told me my cat would need to be on a prescription diet for the rest of his life but refuse to give me said prescription to pick up food from petsmart... but they’ll allow me to purchase bags of food at their own store. These people do not care about their clients and they’re just using someone’s misfortune to make some profit. PLEASE take your pet elsewhere because my money has gone towards literally nothing.
