Staff is friendly they're quick to get you your paperwork and they give you the time to explain what you need
I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this experience was, much better than doing it on the phone and they fix everything on the spot without the need for those long wait times on the phone. Nathan Sherman was my agent and I highly recommend him.
I thought it would be nice to get into contact with a Geico agent that I could actually speak with face to face, or for that matter get into contact without having to wait through a myriad of transfers on the phone (which is btw far more convenient) so I decided to give them a call. I thought that when I received an email regarding an insurance quote that it was with the knowledge of the quote that was put in, but I was wrong. I was hoping I was speaking with someone intelligent enough to walk me through the steps and perhaps tailor make a quote for me, but they preferred going with the cookie cutter route. I know I have had an accident in the past but there is no need to be rude just because I am trying to find the coverage that works best for me at a price that I can afford.
Such an awful experience ! Talked to a young Lady in Buffalo NY names Caitlyn p (Peete i believe ) and this young woman was so rude and disrespectful i will cancel my 10+ years with geico over the phone call i had with her. Absolutely condescending and rude- screen your employees better!!!!
