Kevin and his staff were very helpful. They treat you with respect and urgency to your situation. It was very refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to help you.
Edited 1/6/17 -The rates have increased to the point that I'm certain there is no benefit having Erie Insurance. Kevin has worked with me to find better rates but the trade offs in coverage aren't worth the very small savings. Furthermore, the website for Erie insurance is awful, I can't see the payment history, upcoming payments due, or a detailed bill.
Kevin the owner is a great guy. Unfortunately the insurance he sells from Erie Insurance has been just terrible. Claim adjuster & Manager's saying they returned calls and never have. Would definitely recommend looking into other insurance than ERIE INSURANCE CO. They will just take your money and when you actually need the insurance you bought and paid for they will make it so difficult to get your money and be made whole agin.
The best customer service! Kevin, Melanie and rest of the staff are truly great to work with for both Home and Commercial insurance coverage. Kevin reviews my coverages yearly and doesn't sell me more than I need. They work on issues such as policy changes, claims and questions quickly, always answering my questions within 24 hours. Today I had an urgent commercial insurance accord issue with a vendor, and not only did Melanie fix the issue within 30 minutes, but she is now going to proactively make sure I don't experiencing this same issue and call all the rest of my customers to make sure accords have been received! Truly great to work with, i would highly recommend using K.L. Hudson Agency, Inc.
Original Review: For years my family used Geico and a mix of other companies for homeowners on our personal and the few rental properties that we have. I stopped in to talk to Kevin and was honestly surprised at how fast he came up with figures. Everything was so much easier than I thought it would be to get everything switched. He saved us a ton of money and was very knowledgeable about his products. We left there knowing were covered and getting a great deal on it too. I must note that Geico had a much better website than Erie insurance but when I had to call Erie, the representative was awesome and fast at helping fix my login issue. I would recommend K.L. Hudson to family or friends, I think they're honest and will steer you in the right direction.
