I lived at the Embassy Apartments for 2 years. Everyone was wonderful from the beginning. My building was quiet, which was great! The maintenance staff responds promptly and politely. If you still had a problem, they came back with no attitude and worked on it again. Mike, the head of maintenance, is polite and friendly,and has high standards for his work and the work done by the other maintenance staff. Angela, the office manager was extremely helpful, kind, accommodating and also went above and beyond.You can tell the organization of the office is great as well, which is another testament to Angela, because phone calls, e-mails and maintenance requests were always returned promptly. I could not have been more pleased by the staff and by the apartment. The price is fantastic for the spacious, clean and bright apartments, all with balconies. All my appliances were in great shape, if not brand new. Of course, nothing is perfect, and you shouldn't expect it to be - but what sets this apartment complex apart is that if you bring issues to the attention of the complex, they respond and take care of it. You can tell the staff cares and takes pride in their jobs.
