Embassy Square Apts, NOT the next door Embassy Apts, dont mix. They have got tons of 1 star ratings and they have too remove themselves from the google maps. But, I add you back to let people know what a hell this place is. Not only me but many people have been tricked by this management, and they have been sued all the time. Firstly, it is very noisy next to the high way. Second, they make up all kinds of reasons to keep your deposit. Third, they will get to your apt without telling you. Fourth, they are born liers. Lastly, they forged my signature on my move out list, which is a crime, police drop charges by saying the person no longer work there. You will find there 1 star reviews everywhere.
Fairly priced apts. Good location for UB students. Halfway through my lease and the only drawbacks I see are the somewhat thin walls and ceiling so there is a decent chance you can hear what's going on above you. Unless someone is blasting music, it's not very bothersome. Apts also have decent air-conditioning and heating. In Buffalo that's make or break for me.
